FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

1) How will I receive my downloadable embroidery designs?

Answer: After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation order email. Inside the email, you will see "Download Files" link. Click the link. The file in all formats will appear. Click the file format you need for your embroidery machine, and the file will begin to download to your computer. Either save the file to someplace you can easily remember, or save the file to your desktop to easily retrieve later.

 

2) How do I choose my file format when placing an order?

Answer: No need to choose your format. You will receive all formats.

 

3) Are these hand embroidery designs?

Answer: No. You need to have an embroidery machine in order to use the downloadable embroidery designs.
