Refund policy
We like to keep our customers satisfied with their purchases. Please contact us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order at fay@faysquiltstudio.com. To start a return, please email us. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
FABRIC
Returns can only be accepted on fabric if the mistake was ours. Also, fabric that is washed, altered or returned in an un-sellable condition is not eligible for a refund/exchange. Un-sellable condition is described as, but not limited to, fabrics that are dirty, wrinkled, contaminated with animal or human hair, exude a smell of smoke or other odors. All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, so please treat the items with care.
PATTERNS/BOOKS
Unless the mistake was ours, patterns/books are non-refundable as these are items that can easily be copied which would infringe on copyright laws.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
Products may be returned/exchanged for a store credit only within 30 days of original purchase. The returns must be in sealed, original, un-used condition and packaging, and they must not have a smoke, pet, or any other type of odor to them. Returns that have any such odors will not be refunded.
SALE ITEMS & GIFT CARDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDSÂ
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
