Fay's Quilt & Embroidery Studio is a Florida corporation and is governed by its laws and regulations. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal and we reserve the right to refuse any order. We are committed to protecting our customer’s privacy including any information our customers share with us. We keep all customer information confidential and do not share or sell any information with any outside parties.  

 

Unless otherwise specified, all materials appearing on our website, including text, pictures, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images are the sole property of Fay's Quilt & Embroidery Studio. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission.  In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Fay's Quilt & Embroidery Studio shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
